I booked the car for an express service i waited for 2.5hours. They then told me they had no airfilters They told me i would have to come back in. I had to call back to see if the part had arrived.

Expensive for a fault which was identified but not rerpaired just reset with warning that ... If it happens again the new wiring loom required...

When I came to collect the vehicle next day I had a 30 45 minute wait as the car had not been cleaned although the service sheet was ticked. The Service rep noticed this and apologised, but the delay was a bit frustrating as I had arrived at 08 00

I have had several problems with this car mostly with theoverheating problems and after several attempts i still was not happy with my car i was not happy with the afetrsales department as i believed they did not listen to me.
