Overall, a very good experience from the start. There were a couple of communication issues that although quickly resolved means that I am unable to give completely satisfied - and I do miss not having electric chair facility.

My car was booked in for a service, as it had indicated it needed a service. It was returned with the service required still active. I was told that they hadn't enough time to address the fault this was at 1700 dropped off at 9 and service was @ 1030

Very poor communication booked car in for service when arrived for service they had the car under someone elses name & was told i couldnt have it serviced as it was a month early even though the car indicated it was due had inspection instead.

I asked for my tyre pressures to be checked and was told that they were checked. The very next day, I had a flat tyre and when I took the car to the garage, they checked all the tyres and ALL of them were the wrong pressure. Not happy with that.
